Overwhelmed the night before a test, better to memorize half the data for all or all for about half?

This test is normally curved quite generously thank god. A close friend of mine is going through an extremely rough period in life (she attempted suicide a few months ago) and I promised I’d talk to her whenever she needed to… which unfortunately was today. I spent about 6 hours with her cheering her up and reassuring her everything was fine… but now I’m royally screwed for this test.

I have about 10 hours to work with. I have approximately 80 flashcards of the bare bones stuff on the test… however these notecards I had initially written with the intent to use the book to fill in the gaps. I don’t even have enough time to finish reading the assigned reading anymore.

Better at this point to memorize all the flashcards and just hope the answers requested are simple? Or use the book and try to get as much out of it as I can before the test?

It is all up to you. I do not know what grade you are on or what subject the test will be on. I am really good at math and any type of science. For my biology exams, I always use short notes and I do not always go in to details in the textbook because I understand the concepts. But if I am not good at something like social studies or English, I would go in to details in the textbook.

So… it is up to you. I say.. if you are smart enough to take good notes, take some more short notes and just study them rather than dinning in to every little detail in the textbook.

But… PLEASE do NOT take my word as it is because YOU are the only one who knows what is best for you. I do not want to screw you up.

Why do leftists continue to use Yahoo answers when they obviously use data mining tech to suggest categories?

I thought that sort of thing was a No, No in their book, invaded privacy and such things…
Data mining is how scientists can rig their evidence of find what they’re looking for by doing thousands and thousands of calculations, for instance looking for key words that have in the past led a poster to place their answer in a particular category.

They won’t know what that is. Then they will deny it. Then they will blame it on Bush. Finally they will say Obama will fix it and the data will be secure.
