My drive will not work?
I added an old 40 GB hard drive to my computer about a month and a half after slavery and has been working fine until few days ago. Device Manager and BIOS recognizes it, but My Computer, Disk Management and any other programs do not. I tried to recover the drive with Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery recognizes the physical drive, but does not recognize a logical unit and the scan can not find one. Can not create an image it or to recover raw data either. Norton Ghost not working properly. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back but does not work. I have really wanted to solve instead of deleting it, as it has a lot of important files in it. What should I do?

Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery is all my files … but then the program crashes after the scan ..?
I have a registered version Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery. What happened 3 times and do not understand why, on two different computers on the issue. After analyzing unit patients, which detects all my files and I see the directory tree. After selecting all the files and folders to recover, I think I can not download any of the menus. I mouse over it and I do not see the full menu. Clicking on any of the buttons do nothing or leads to a vacuum or what appears to be blank screen messages pop-up. If I can reduce the program, I can not maximize one and I have to close the program. I also chose to run this program as administrator. "What's wrong with this damn program? I heard that was good …. someone to help you !!!!!!
