What is the best data mining tool?
I am developing a reporting system that will require data mining capabilities. I plan to code the system in C# within the ASP.NET framework. I plan to use SQL2005 or Oracle as the Database. I heard that I need not build the data mining framework from scratch and can use existing data mining tools that would achieve the same objectives. Could anyone recommend some of these tools pls? I am a beginner at this and truly appreciate any form of guidance.
