What Dell preinstalled programs I really need?

I recently bought a Dell Inspiron 14R and there are plenty of programs on it. I know what programs are useful and maintain programs that just take up space. I uninstalled McAfee, and I installed Avira Antivir Staff in place.

If you do not use it then get rid of it. Many new computers come bundled with software that you never use or need. Can bypass the Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool, but make sure you download and install important updates and critical. Avira is a good antivirus program.
